NEW PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY (May 2026)
This New Product Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Stored Power Solutions LLC at our location, either in person, over the phone or through our website.
NEW PRODUCT RETURN ELIGIBILITY: Original proof of purchase is required.
CONDITION OF ITEM: Product must be in new and unused condition with original packaging, owner’s / user manuals and product identification intact.
NEW PRODUCT RETURN TIMEFRAME: New product returns are not accepted after 30-Days of purchase.
RETURN METHOD: To request a return, please contact our Customer Service at (727) 250-2788 or via email at cs@storedpowersolutions.com. You will be asked to provide your name, contact information, order confirmation number and the reason for the return. At this point you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will allow us to receive and process your product.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are not covered within this New Product Return process. You may drop your new product return off at our location.

REFUND OPTIONS:
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of the returned items being inspected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment used at the time of purchase.
In store credits may also be provided.
